In an article published more than ten years ago in Harvard Business Review, Scott Anthony, author of the book “The Little Black Book of Innovation”, lists 31 questions (and answers) about innovation.

Some of them:

How do you define innovation? Something different that has impact.

What is disruptive innovation? An innovation that transforms a market or creates a new market through simplicity, convenience, an accessible price, or accessibility.

Why is innovation so important? The “new normal” of constant change requires mastery of perpetual transformation.

Why is innovation so difficult? Most organizations are designed to execute, not to innovate.

How can I personally become a better innovator? Practice—innovation is a skill that can be mastered.

And you? What do you think?
